III° bed children and adults in double room: 50% discount in all periods
Family room for 4 persons: 1 person free (if the IV bed is a craddle is free and the III bed have a 25% discount)
Single + child : Child 3/14 years in double room with 1 adult: 50% discount in all periods.

SPECIAL OFFERS ARE NOT CUMULABLE AMONG THEM  AND ARE NOT APPLICABLE IN E PERIOD OR IN THE STAYS BETWEEN E PERIOD

  1. Minimum 3 nights stay in A/B/C periods; minimum 7 nights stay in C/D/E periods with free arrival.
  2. Special offers falling between two different periods: the reduction will be made on the lower fare.
  3. Dogs welcome and free (in room with balcony) – (pitbull/rottweiler are not allowed)
 
HOW TO BOOK

For a max. 3 night stay: a one night deposit will be required.
For an over 3 night stay: a deposit equal to the 30% of the total amount will be required at time of booking, by credit card, bank transfer or postal order.

PAYMENTS

The payment for the stay will be required within 24 hours from the time of arrival by credit card or cash (cheques will not be accepted)
Early departure: if guests check out prior to their departure date, an early departure fee on the amount of the non-enjoyed stay will be charged, equal the 50%.
Promotional discounts will not be applied if the stay is reduced under the minimum established in the promotion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case the stay is cancelled, no reimbursement will be due, but the customer can use the deposit paid in the following cases:

  • Replacing the same booking with another customer
  • Postponing the stay in another period (if it is available, even in the following year), subject to prior communication two weeks prior to arrival.
The attached price list is an integral part of the contracts and bears witness in case of contention.
